Originating in south-western France, cassoulet de Castelnaudary is an iconic dish of French cuisine.
This slow-cooked dish is based on an authentic recipe, consisting of tender white beans, a flavourful sauce and carefully prepared meats. All our ingredients are rigorously selected.
We offer two traditional variations:
Duck cassoulet: An authentic recipe from the south-west, made with duck confit, tender beans and Toulouse sausages, carefully prepared in our kitchens for a rich and refined flavour.
Pork cassoulet: A classic dish from south-western France, generous and flavourful, prepared with tender beans, tender pork and high-quality sausage made in our workshops for an authentic and convivial dish.
